Carmen Lynne has been researching dreams and lucid dreams for over 20 years. In 1993 she produced a video for the Readers Digest entitled "The Meaning of Dreams". Using dreams in hypnotherapy is a large part of Carmen's work. Carmen will give you tips and techniques to help you with dream recall and dream incubation. She will look at what the archetypal symbols mean to you, the client; the timing of the dream; the emotional content of the dream and the period during which the dream occurred, to give you unique insight into what the dream means to you.
